CANDLES
Are your candles 100% vegan?
All of our candles currently contain vegan-friendly wax, fragrance oils, wick and vessels.
Are there any allergens in your candles?
Most of our wax melts are produced using real organic botanical rose petals and lavender buds. All work areas and tools are cleaned after each production; however, from time to time, cross-contamination could occur due to all candles being produced in the same candle studio.
What should I do when first lighting my candle?
For the first and every subsequent burn, please ensure to trim your wick down between 5-10mm.
Additionally, allow your first burn to be 3-4 hours so that it creates a full and even wax pool across the entire surface of the candle.
How should I take care of my candle?
DO NOT burn for more than four hours at a time, and always trim the wick before lighting.
To extend the candles' shelf-life, keep it away from direct sunlight, hot temperatures and moist rooms such as the bathroom.

Are your wax melts really 100% vegan-friendly?
Yes! All of our wax melts are made from sustainable, vegan-friendly rapeseed & coconut wax. Our fragrance oils are also 100% vegan-friendly and our wax melt clamshell containers are also vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and made from 86% Recycled PET (rPET) materials in the UK.
How can I extend the life of a wax melt?
Store your wax melts in an airtight container away from sunlight and hot temperatures. The packaging that your wax melt arrives in is a great place to keep them.

DELIVERY
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight and the size of your goods.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, when you spend over £45 you will be given the option at checkout to select free Standard Delivery.
What are your processing times?
Orders are processed within 3 working days.
Your candle is handmade and bespoke to your order, so it’s made just for you. Therefore, in some instances, 2 – 3 additional days may be needed to get your order perfect before shipment.
We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays or weekends.
When should I expect my delivery?
Once your order has been processed, your package will either be shipped using Standard or Next Day Delivery, with Evri or the Post Office. Standard Delivery may take 3-7 business days to arrive, and Next Day Delivery may take 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we only ship to the UK, which includes England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
